Support with no support agreement on Time and Material (T&M) basis. 
 

• UIT technicians operate under normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• UIT will reinstall the repaired/replaced equipment and test the complete functionality of the system.

 The T&M rate for Service Deployment and Administration is $160/hour based on current FY23 rates.  Rates are subject to change.

• Client will be charged a minimum of 2 T&M hours per occurrence.
