Choose a Cell Phone or Mobile Device

Verizon's Recovery Fee Policy: Activation's must be completed within 30 days of receiving the device to avoid Recovery Fee ranging from $ 400 - $700, depending on the type of device.

The iPhone 15 box will include USB-C to USB-C and not include Power Adapter or EarPods.

SHC policy for Mobile Device Orders

The SHC standard devices for all new lines of service and upgrades are iPhone 14-128GB,  iPhone 13 Mini-128GB, and Samsung S22-128GB. All other devices (iPhone 15 series and any Pro/Ultra series) will require approval from Jeff Montague (jmontague@stanfordhealthcare.org), Jimmy Yu (jiyu@stanfordhealthcare.org), or Ann-Marie Yap in order to proceed with a non-SHC standard device.

AppleCare

Per FMS guidance, AppleCare is not a reimbursable expense for Stanford.

Prices listed do not include taxes or upgrade fees. Taxes are based on the following:

  • Original price of the device
  • State & Local Taxes
  • Counties/Cities depending where the device is being shipped.
  • Upgrade fee vary by carrier
