UIT offers enterprise-level solutions for securely storing different types of documents online. These range from simple storage and collaboration solutions to those that provide advanced features that let you quickly locate, display, and share files, as well as automate regulatory compliance requirements. If you want to convert paper documents to electronic documents that can be stored online, a UIT representative will met with you to discuss your individual needs and offer advice about scanning paper files and storing those digital files online.

OpenText Enterprise Content Management allows you to manage all unstructured content, such as documents, emails, images, and rich media files in one unified platform, from creation to archive.

Stanford provides a variety of enterprise-level document management and collaboration solutions, including the university's preferred platform, Google Drive and Google Shared drives for Stanford, as well as Microsoft OneDrive. Stanford Medicine Box is approved for High Risk data, including PHI.

G Suite provides faculty, staff, and students with access to Google document management, groups, and sites. Undergraduate students who already have Google mail accounts, plus some schools and departments, can access their @ stanford email and calendar via G Suite.
