Web-based Tasks

The Zimbra server will be shut down on December 31, 2015.

You will no longer have access to and after the server is shut down.

Use the Tasks feature to create to-do lists and track each item through to completion. You can add all tasks to a single default list, or create more specialized lists as needed.

When a task needs to be managed, you can add more details, set the priority of the task, track the progress and percentage complete, and set reminders. You can also share tasks with others so that they can contribute to the progress of the item.
