Ordering IT Services

New IT Services ordering system

On May 8, 2013, all remaining services move to the new OrderIT system. Come to the Thursday, May 9 preview at 9 a.m. in Turing Auditorium.

Billing reports

As services move to the new OrderIT, the service billing cycle will change to the first through the last day of each month. During the transition, billing reports will reside in two locations. See the Billing & Reports Summary Table for more information about billing.

The Service Ordering Replacement Project web page has more information. Questions? Please submit a HelpSU request.

IT Services manages the University’s central information technology and telecommunications infrastructure and provides hundreds of services and applications for use in academic and business activities. Many of these services are provided free-of-charge. Other services are by subscription and are billed monthly or annually.

Currently, faculty and staff order Information Technology services through two online portals. Starting in May, online orders will be placed using the new OrderIT. Students will continue using Axess to order their IT services.
