Workgroup Sizes
Based on the number of users, select from the different workgroup sizes. While workgroup size is a way for categorizing each printer, IT Services recommends selecting a higher model capable of handling larger print volume if your group has a higher than average printing need.
- Small Workgroup - up to 5 users
- Medium Workgroup - up to 15 users
- Large Workgroup - over 15 users
- Department - over 30 users
