What We Do
The IT Operational Specialists group provides advanced technical expertise and operational support for IT Services' enterprise systems and services. Operational Specialists partner with the functional teams of Communications and Computing Services, and work closely with members of the IT Operations Center and IT Service Desk. Our priorities include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced incident, problem, and disaster response
- Operational stability and efficiency
- Service quality and experience
